Cancellation Policy

1. We have a hassle-free cancellation request option available. you have to mail or have to call us to cancel your order.

2. The convenience fee charged on the orders is non-refundable only if the order is cancelled by the buyer. Incase of order gets cancelled by us then the complete order amount will be refunded. This charge is only applicable if the buyer wants to cancel the order and opts for a refund.

3. Order modification and cancellation is not available once, the product has been shipped. Cancellation charge will be adjusted from the refund amount.

4. Above mentioned charges are only applicable if the buyer place such requests, no charges will be applicable if such steps are initiated by us.

5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. SUVIDHI INFO SOLUTION believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
